standards of behavior ---  some of which engender the  use                                                       
of  deception/dishonesty,  and some of which do not.    If 
there  is  an implicit threat  of  judgement/condemnation,                                                                     
with  associated  rejection/excommunication,  the  use  of                                                                
deception   and/or   dishonesty  is  most  likely  to   be 
engendered --- and so also personal and communal integrity
