     Often  ambiguities  are indications of  unarticulated
values, ideals and goals;  and/or unresolved conflicts.

     Intentions  may  oscillate  back  and  forth  between
alternatives  as  attention focuses alternately  back  and
forth between/among values,  ideals, goals, and principles
which are in conflict with each other.  What is attractive
and/or  good in the light of one value,  ideal,   goal  or
principle ---  is  not attractive and/or good in the light
of another  value,    ideal,   goal or principle.     What
will clearly  lead to fulfillment in one color of  light--
-will  appear  as temptation and prone to lead  to  guilt,
shame and punishment in another color of light.

     Attempting  to  eliminate  ambiguities  in  terms  of
power, pressure, coercion, threats,  rewards, punishments,
force,   and    violence  will   most   likely    generate
additional ambiguities   and   eliminate  none.     People
who     are   preoccupied   with   issues   of    control,
conformity,     and  appearances   rarely  want  to  truly
resolve    conflicts;    but  often   try   to   eliminate
ambiguities  in  terms  of power,  pressure,     coercion,
threats, rewards,  punishments,  and violence.    They are
disintegrative     people    involved     in    alienative
relationships;    relationships  which  engender  much  of
what we experience as evil.
