The effects of human behaviors flow in many ways from the behaviors themselves; often in ways which are understood only in part --- if at all. The effects of human behaviors may flow from: 1. Natural law; e.g. when a fragile piece of glass falls onto a very hard surface from a great height, it breaks. 2. Human belief; e.g., human expectations that human performing a particular ceremony will bring healing of a dis-ease. 3. Human attitudes; e.g., contentious people and behaviors often lead to human dis-eases. 4. Human approaches; e.g., how people approach each other on first meeting often leads to human expectations which are self-fulfilling --- what people expect happens because people expect it to happen. 5. Group dynamics; e.g., in mob psychology where communal expectations work in concentrated/coherent ways to bring out certain patterns of behavior. 6. Alienative dynamics in which certain kinds of behavior lead to break downs in communication --- and so to dysfunctional patterns of behavior due to ignorance, confusion, prejudice, anger, and desires for revenge. 7. Commands or rituals which are worshipped as being of ultimate importance in idolatrous ways which in turn lead to tragic outcomes through alienative dynamics. 8. Communal traditions which are observed in integrative ways which lead to personal and communal integrity through cooperative patterns of behavior. 9. Communal focusing of attention and efforts in cooperative ways which lead to the achievement of priority goals considered and chosen in prayerful ways --- and worked on in technically effective systematic ways. 10. Accidental juxtapositions of actions taken and happenings which occur without any real connection between the two. Life would be simpler than it is if each effect flowed from just one cause; but such is not the case. Often many causes are inter-woven in how they lead to any given effect. This makes it difficult to sort out how we should behave so as to best influence what happens. However, such difficulties seem not to stand in the way of some people being very sure that they know for sure what other people should do to insure that the right effects will follow without fail.
