We cannot cope wisely and prudently with
circumstances of change which we overtly and/or covertly
deny. Ignorance, confusion and prejudice do not lay the
foundations for wise and/or prudent behaviors. Traditions
alone cannot pave the way for coping with future changes;
even though they can make important contributions to the
stabilization of imprudent/unwise change for the sake of
change.
The older we get the greater are the risks that we
will not recognize the above risks, overlook them, ignore
them, and/or otherwise fail to describe, talk about, and
deal with them wisely/prudently. Early education can
contribute to the minimization of such failures.
