     To  empower  learning  we  need  to mitigate the many               
intimately inter-related fears pointed to below---for they                     
inhibit learning; e.g. fears of:

         EXCOMMUNICATION   PAIN             EXCLUSION                       
         GROWING           CHANGE           RISKS                                                                              
         DISTRUST          DISLOYALTY       IMPRISONMENT                                                                       
         CONFLICT          TENSION          CONTENTION                
                                                                                                                               
     Most fears are intimately inter-related.   Most fears                     
exist  and  grow  within  communities which do not  freely                             
share  gifts  of  the freedom to be safely  vulnerable  in                                                                     
learning from mistakes.    Engendering fears intentionally                                                                     
engenders  conditions  which  inhibit  learning,  personal                                                                 
integrity    and   communal   integrity.     Intentionally
