     Fragmentation occurs when individuals fail to respect                                      
the  integrity  of  different communities  ---   and  when                                     
communities  fail  to  respect the integrity of  different                                     
individuals  within  communities.    Such  failures  often                             
occur  when  conformity  is regarded  as  the  essence  of            
integrity --- even if there is only apparent conformity in            
the absence  of honesty,  gentleness,   reconciliation and                                                                  
gracious  dialogue about differences ---  each of which is                                     
essential to both personal and communal integrity.                  
                                                                                                                               
     Fragmentation  occurs when individuals  are  isolated                                                                     
and treated  apart  from the relationships between  others                                                              
and them ---  including the relationships between the most                                                              
severe critics, detractors and judges --- and the isolated                                                                     
individuals.                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                               
     Fragmentation   occurs   when   individuals   isolate                                                                     
themselves  from  others  and their  communities  through:    
distance, time, arrogance, self-righteousness, dishonesty,       
pretentiousness,    coercion,    violence,     judgments,           
condemnations, etc.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                               
     Preoccupations with being right,  pure,  perfect  and
