     Words in the title above,  when placed together,  are
suggestive of certain aspects of human creativity, whereby
possible  new truths are brought to consciousness so  that
they  can  be  tested to see if they will make  sense  and
point to real truths which many people will be willing  to
affirm.    The  words do not point  significantly  to  the
criticism of, and testing of the possible new truths.

     We cannot fully test possible new truths without them
first  being brought to consciousness.   Yet,  people  who
"specialize"  in testing possible new truths often fail to
show  appropriate  appreciation for those people  who  are
better   at  bringing  those  truths  to  the  levels   of
consciousness which make it possible to test them --- than
they  are at testing them once they have been  brought  to
such levels of consciousness.

     Each  community needs various kinds of people with  a
variety  of gifts---including the gift of appreciating the
importance  of those gifts which they do not have.    When
members  of a community do not appreciate the gifts   that
others have (gifts they do not possess)  ---the  community
is  unlikely  to be as blessed by all the gifts which  are
