This fact is troubling to people who are compulsively preoccupied with trying always to be objective---for they cannot deal openly and honestly with their reflexive knowledge of the conditions of their own bodies and within their own bodies. If we are compulsively concerned with trying always to be objective we will find it difficult to deal openly and honestly with reports by those about whom we care most about their reflexive knowledge of the conditions of their own bodies and within their own bodies---for such reflexive knowledge falls outside the range of permitted objective considerations. This poses a dilemma for compulsively objective medical doctors and any others seeking to people for whom they care to take good care of themselves. Taking good care of oneself is a reflexive process; not an objective process. Helping others to take good care of themselves is thus a reflexive processes---because we cannot do so well if we do not care about them in meaningful ways and understand in an sympathetic way their communications about their reflexive knowledge about their own bodies. Thus the dilemma extends to all members of an extended family, to teachers and co-workers and others whose health depends upon each other in reflexive ways. The health all members of a community depend reflexively upon each other members' health. Communal health cannot be dealt with effectively in exclusively objective ways. The above clearly indicates that communal health and integrity are reflexive realities and so they cannot be promoted and enjoyed in exclusively objective ways. We cannot reliably know about communal health and integrity in exclusively objective ways and so we cannot deal effectively with issues of communal health and integrity in exclusively objective ways.
