     Each  culture  and  community has had  to  deal  with
perverse expressions of sexual desires,  drives,  energies
and  needs.   Much has depended upon how each culture  and
community   has   dealt  with  the  expression  of   human
sexuality.

     Some  cultures and communities have in  love  offered
open and honest guidance which has  helped the  members of
the  culture and communities to  find integrative ways  to
express their sexual desires, drives,  energies & needs---
and have thrived.

     Other cultures and communities have in fear  tried to
find more effective ways to suppress,  repress and conceal
open  and honest expressions  of  humane   sexual desires,
drives, energies and needs---and have disintegrated.

     In  the absence of open and honest guidance regarding
how to express humane sexual desires, drives, energies and
needs---many  people  respond to each other in  fear  with
preoccupations regarding issues  of control of: sexuality,
thoughts, feelings, desires,  visions,  dreams,  fantasies
and   each   other's   behaviors.      Such   fears    and
preoccupations  are misleading;  leading people into  what
