     For  a  pattern of personal and communal  values  and
ideals  to  lead  the people,  and  community  which  they
embody, to  enjoy both personal and communal integrity---a
number of things must be true of the pattern:

     1.  It must include acknowledgements of the essential
role that reflexive considerations play in healthy living
and  in  the  perpetual evolution of  a healthy pattern of
personal and communal values and ideals.

     2.  Each affirmation of each important element and/or
relationship  within   the   pattern,  must   include   an
explicit  and/or implicit affirmation of the reality   and
importance  of  each  other  element  and/or  relationship
within  the pattern---none being exclusive relative to the
others.

     3.  Elements  and/or  relationships which  are  real,
important  and  in  need of inclusion  in  an  integrative
pattern of  personal and communal values and  ideals,  are
pointed to by the following words/phrases:

     Reflexive aspects are essential in intra-personal and
inter-personal relationships.    So also reflexive aspects
are essential in the interplay within the pattern woven by
the  threads  of ideals and values.    There  are  hazards
whenever the  affirmation of one thread in the patterns of
people,   ideals  and  values entails the  denial  of  the
reality  or  importance  of  another  which  is  real  and
