     We are sometimes told to "let go" and "relax".   What
are we to "let go" of?

     Often   we  are  trying  to  control  some   reality,
relationship,   or aspect of the universe  over  which  we
cannot  have control.  We are clinging to the  impression,
the  self-deception,   the collusive game of mutual  self-
deception  that we can be in control;  or that we  are  in
control.  We need to let go of the dishonesty to which  we
cling. Then we will be free to relax.  So long as we cling
to dishonesty we must always be on the defensive;  because
so long as we are dishonest  we  cannot  be  secure in our
