Physics professors have been taught to focus their attention exclusively upon objective realities & relationships & upon objective representations which are quantitative and impersonal in nature. Through participation in a collusive game of mutual self deception they profess the belief that only such objective realities, relationships and representations are important enough for their considerations. To them it is taboo to profess what they believe about relationships between and among physics professors and students, because such relationships and beliefs are not objective realities. The profession of such beliefs about such non-objective relationships is unprofessional. Professors can not hope to advance themselves by trying to quantifying them and reducing them to mathematical statements about measurable quantities. The relationships and beliefs can not be legitimately published in journals which are all dedicated to explications of objective realities and relationships which exist independently of the professors and students who should be focusing their attention exclusively upon objective realities and relationships, and upon representations which are quantitative and impersonal in nature. The quality of the profession must be defended to keep it exclusively quantitative. To do this one must avoid focusing attention upon the quality of the relationships among the professionals of today and tomorrow so that they will continue to focus their attention exclusively upon quantitative relationships between and among exclusively objective realities and relationships.
