     Usually we think of objective factors as being causes
and  reject the notion of non-objective factors  as  being
possible   causes  and  effects  is  simplified  if   only
objective  factors are considered in both areas.   Success
is  more  likely  in  finding  connections  if  subjective
factors  are not considered as likely causes of  objective
effects.    For  ideological reasons subjectivity  is  not
considered  as  containing legitimate possible  causes  of
objective effects.   This is a subjective factor which has
serious effects upon the professional success of objective
people trying to teach science students how to be creative
scientists,   people  capable  of  significant   objective
accomplishments.

     We  need  to understand the nature of the  subjective
and   objective  consequences  of  ideological   conflicts
between  objective  people  and  people  who  are  not  as
objectively  oriented.    The exclusivity  of  objectively
oriented  people  is  a  non-objective  disposition  which
characterizes them and their objective behavior.   To deal
successfully with the exclusivity of objective people  one
must  understand  them subjectively and see  the  ways  in
which  subjective realities cause objective effects,   and
