10.  The roles of Technocrats in such efforts.
11.  Suggestions regarding future such efforts.
12.  Warnings    regarding future such efforts.
13.  Articulation of planned efforts within some contexts.

It is essential that we work cooperatively  to  facilitate
and  encourage Open-and-Honest-Dialogue  about  the  above
kinds of realities and efforts.
