To  thoroughly resolve our conflicts we need to be  ready,
willing  and  able  to  Trace-Different-Conflicts  to  the
following different kinds of "sources"  and/or "occasions"
for conflict; for example Different-People:

 1.  Competing  for  ownership and/or  control of the same
"thing",   "cause", good,   possession,   person,   group,
territory, etc.

 2.  AS  DOMINEERING-BULLIES competing for  "GOOD-REASONS"
to be "IN-CONTROL/DOMINANT" in the MANAGEMENT of the  same
"process",   "activity",   "game",   "endeavor",   "team",
"movement",    "tribe",   "village",   "city",    "state",
"province", "organization", "church", etc.

 3.  Who    are    Playing-Collusive-Games-of-Mutual-Self-
Deception --- ALL Trying-to-Win At-Each-Other's-Expense.

 4.  Following  the  guidance  of  their diverse cultural-
heritages   and   DNA   instincts  regarding: cooperation,
intimacy,  sexual-reproduction ---  in  the absence of any
true  understanding  of  the  Different-Origins  of   each
motivation.

 5.  Operating without  Thought/Understanding  in terms of
their   DIFFERENT   beginning:    assumptions,  attitudes,
beliefs, convictions,  perspectives, views, paradigms, and
patterns of thought/logic/reasoning.

 6.  Treating  different sources of authority as  if  they
were equivalent ---  without recognizing  that the sources
of authority are  not  equivalent,  coherent, authentic or
well-integrated with each other.

 7.  Treating  each other as if they were "the-same"  when
in fact there are significant  differences between them in
the above regards.

 8.  Who  are  driven/guided by   un-recognized   and  un-
articulated: preoccupations,  agendas,  fears,   concerns,
anxieties, expectations, issues, etc.

     Be-Together in the Many-Gracious Ways of Shalom.
