Bringing-Together the  Vast-Majority  of All-People  Whom-
They Can-Reach.      Global-Cooperation IS-NOT their idea!

Successful-Dominant-Leaders'  Successes are is  based upon
fragmenting  All-Opposition-Coalitions through:   Attacks,
Fragmentations,  Dichotomizations,   Generating-Confusion,
Calling-Others-into-Question,      Augmenting-Fears-about-
Others,  Augmenting-Fears-about-EVIL: Strangers,  Enemies,
Terrorists.  Global-Cooperation IS-NOT among their ideals.

Successful-Dominant-Leaders are NOT-GOOD at the  following
Kind-Behaviors:

 1.  Affirming-and-Demonstrating Open-and-Honest-Dialogue.
 2.  Building True-Sanctuaries For-ALL-Kinds-of-People.
 3.  Bringing-Together Vast-Majorities to cooperate.
 4.  Reconciliations of Victims-of-Previous-Wars.
 5.  Reconciling Conflicts among Ideals, Values and Hopes.
 6.  Reconciling people Who-Label-Each-Other as EVIL-ONES.
 7.  Graciously-Redistributing Concentrated Powers/Wealth.
 8.  Restoring Distributive-Justice as a Common-Good.
 9.  Restoring The-Common-Good as a Primary-Communal-Focus
10.  Augmenting Personal-Communal Integrations-Integrities

Successful-Dominant-Leaders  are  NOT-GOOD  at  the  above
Kind-Behaviors  ---  because the above Kind-Behaviors  are
inconsistent with being Successfully-Dominant Over-Anyone.

It  is  NOT-KIND  to be Successfully-Dominant  at  others'
expense -- through the Concentration-of-Wealth-and-Powers.

It  is  NOT-KIND  to focus upon Defeating-Most-Vulnerable-
People --- through the Concentration-of-Wealth-and-Powers.

Communities  that  traditionally select their  leaders  in
ways which give advantages to Domineering-Bullies ---  pay
dearly for the traditions of Honoring-Domineering-Bullies.
