Presumably-OBJECTIVE-Team   be  Free-of-Threats  from  the
Most-Powerful Domineering-Bullies that would Fear-Exposure
by the report of the team?

It  is more reasonable to begin with the intent  to  carry
out   a   Reflexive-Systems-Analysis   of   Relationships-
Between/Among Domineering-Bullies and True-Lovers ---  and
to be honest about the dilemmas and challenges in carrying
out that task.
