 4.  Vulnerable people who Do-Not-Object to domination,
 5.  People who do not know How-To-Resist NON-Violently,
 6.  Objective relationships between/among people.
 7.  Commandments, Prescriptions, Proscriptions, etc.
 8.  Formal Rules-and-Regulations; most often printed,
 9.  Rules of Taxation and Exemptions-from-Taxation,
10.  Rights and privileges for certain qualified people.

To  succeed  in  their efforts  to  Concentrate-Power-and-
Wealth  Domineering-People  DO-NOT-Focus  upon   realities
which  they  CANNOT reasonably hope  to  Dominate/Control;
e.g.:

 1.  Humility, Authenticity, Integrity, Shalom, Health,
 2.  Generosity, Hospitality, Hospitals, Sharing, Kindness
 3.  Reflexive-Humane-Relationships.
 4.  Their own most intimate personal relationships.
 5.  The essence of healthy intimate/sexual relationships.
 6.  Informal-Authority of People-Demonstrating-Integrity.
 7.  Informal-Authority of Authentic-Native-Tribes.
 8.  How they are interdependent with all other creatures.
 9.  Descriptive-Laws-of-Physics which they cannot break.
10.  How finite are the coveted resources in God's-Earth.
