    Imagine  the  consequences in a community  which falls
into the trap of persistently selecting as its leaders ---
those people who choose to  be Most-Agreeable With-Others;
"middle-of-the-road" people who are "simple-minded"; i.e.,
are simpletons.

     The   community  would  chose  as   leaders,    those
simpletons who TRAGICALLY-AVOID:

 1.  Seeing Imaginative-Perspectives and Points-of-View.

 2.  Supporting Controversial Points-of-View.

 3.  Getting between Opposing-Coalitions.

 4.  Trying-to-Mediate between People-in-Conflict.

 5.  Breaking out of Traditional-Patterns of behavior.

 6.  Breaking Tacit-Rules of Collusive-Games-of-MSD.

 7.  Speaking Inconvenient-Truths to Power-Coalitions.

 8.  Being-in-True-Dialogue with  Domineering-People.

 9.  Offending Wealthy-and-Powerful Business-MEN.

10.  Offending Military-Industrial Complexes/Corporations.

     In the above Tragic-Ways The-Community-Disintegrates.

     In the above ways   The-Ways-of-Shalom   Are-Avoided.
