    Each community needs to protect its communal integrity
by  protecting  the  personal integrities of  all  of  the
people who find  themselves  in  the  community and so are
vulnerable  to  the imperfections of the community and  of
those in the community.

    The risks inherent in the following circumstances need
to be dealt with by each community; and by the persons who
find  themselves  within  each  community.    Each  of the
following  circumstances  may  lead  to  personal   and/or
communal disintegrations:

    1.  Rejecting and/or Excommunicating people because of
labels  imposed  upon them ---  due to other people being:
domineering, ignorant, capricious and/or arbitrary.

    2.  The  domination  of people who  are  weak,   poor,
thirsty,  hungry, sick, homeless, naked and vulnerable ---
by people who are  more powerful and/or more wealthy.

    3.  The selling of goods and/or services in ways which
entail:    pretense,    dishonesty,   mis-representations,
deception,   domination,  coercion,  threats,   addictions
and/or codependent relationships.

    4.  Taking  advantage  of  vulnerable  people ---   by
manipulating  their  needs  and  making  them  even   more
vulnerable --- by dominating them.

    5.  Imposing  upon vulnerable people unrequested goods
and/or  services  which  they  do not want and/or  try  to
avoid;  but yet imposing them ---  under the presence that
the impositions will be good for them.

    Personal and communal integrations and integrities are
threatened  whenever  needs  for:   friendship,   empathy,
sympathy,  understanding,  support,  intimacy,  and sexual
integrations --- are violated in ways suggested above.

    The integrity of each community and of the persons who
find  themselves  in  each  community  are  threatened  by
practices  which distinguish between people who have  been
labeled as "members of the community"  and others who have
been  labeled as "not-members-of-the-community"  or  "not-
yet-members of the community".

    What truly counts is presence in the community.  It is
pretentious to pretend otherwise.   These are descriptive-
statements, not proscriptive nor prescriptive statements.

    The   key  question  to  ask  is  whether  the   above
descriptions  are   true  and  accurate  descriptions  ---
regardless  of  the  wishes of domineering people who  are
present.

    In any  case; what are the conditions  which  lead  to
personal  and/or communal disintegrations?    How  can  we
answer that question with enduring integrity?
