     Shalom is NOT:  a destination, a state-of-arrival,  a
state-of-perfection, a  condition-achieved,  a  goal,  the
fulfillment-of-a-plan.

     Shalom  is  a  process,    being-graciously-together,
being-together-on-a-path, a pilgrimage-together.

     In Being-Graciously-Together-in-Shalom:   Perfection-
is-NOT-achieved, Ideals are NOT All-Fulfilled, Evil-is-NOT
Eliminated, Conflicts-are-NOT-Eliminated, etc.

     Shalom  is  a Process-of-Transition  through  varying
kinds  and  degrees  of  Integration-and-Integrities  with
varying Kinds-and-Degrees of Coherence-and-Cooperation.

     It is the Process-of-Transition which can be improved
on; not the Final-Achievement nor the Achievers.  Fretting
about  Degrees-of-Superiority  and  Degrees-of-Inferiority
will not help any person or process.  Rank-Ordering people
will not help any person or process.  Fretting about goods
and evils In-Isolation will not help any person or process
outside  of Authentic-Relationships being built up through
cooperative processes which is never completed.  It is the
journey  which  is meaningful to those  who  authentically
share the journey.  The goal is NOT the Completion-of-the-
Journey.

     There is no way-to-peace.  Peace is The-Way-of-Shalom

     Be Graciously-Together in the Many-Ways-of-Shalom.
