the Mitigation-Of:   Alienation,   Estrangement, Violence,
Addictions,   Coercion,  Polarizations,  Dichotomizations,
etc.

     Those   people   who  are  preoccupied  with  finding
Technical-Solutions to Technical-Problems - - -  cannot at
the same time helpfully Frame-Questions to Shed-New-Lights
on  the Mitigation-of-Dilemmas related to Conflicts-Among-
Leading:    Expectations,   Attitudes,   Desires,   Hopes,
Aspirations, Ideals, Values, Principles, Spirits, etc.

     Technocrats  are neither  Motivated-nor-Qualified  to
Promote-or-Facilitate    the    above   suggested    Kind-
Mitigations.

     Technocrats lack the sympathy,  empathy,  sensitivity
and  insights into the natures of healthy-humane-relations
- - -   which are essential-foundations to  Promoting-and-
Facilitating the above suggested Kind-Mitigations.

     People  who are preoccupied with questions about Who-
Will-Be-In-Control  cannot  see outside of  their  Closed-
Mind-Box  to  Perceive-and-Understand the  Basic-Needs  of
their communities and the members of their communities.

     Be Graciously-Together in the Many-Ways-of-Shalom.
