     It   is   interesting  to  note   that   rule-makers,
legislators,     moralizers,     domineering-people    and
judgmentalists  ---  rarely focus much attention upon  the
fact  that  to  be  healthy communities-and-people we must
strive-together-cooperatively to:

     1.  Work-Cooperatively, not unilaterally.
     2.  Show-Consideration for other's needs/desires.
     3.  Seek to avoid Creating-Alienation.
     4.  Show-Reverence for each other's integrities.
     5.  Show-Humility in the Presence-of-Complexity.
     6.  Be concerned about the Needs-of-the-Poor/Weak.
     7.  Resolve-In-Love issues of Distributive-Injustice.
     8.  Resolve-conflicts in NON-Violent/Coercive ways.

     What is tragically absent is often far more important
that  that upon which most people focus great  amounts  of
attention.     Consider  most  mainline USA  evening  news
reports.  What do they focus upon?    What Very-Important-
Facts do they NOT give any attention to at any time?   The
ABSENCE of that attention is a Very-Important-Fact!
