     Enduring conflict,  coercion and violence are  rooted
in   people  who  believe  that  they   (individually   or
collectively)     have   a   legitimate:   right,    duty,
responsibility, command or freedom to:

 1.  Be emperors, dictators or their primary guides.
 2.  Be dominant-managers or in control.
 3.  Be the interpreters of authoritative scriptures.
 4.  Be free of constraints, embarrassments, etc.
 5.  Ignore the rights, needs, desires & hopes of others.
 6.  Ignore the widely understood principles of justice.
 7.  Ignore the importance of personal/communal integrity.
 8.  Be indifferent to alienation and estrangement.
 9.  Concentrate power and wealth through any means.
10.  Take unilateral actions which are opposed by others.

     The above are  true descriptive-statements regardless
of the presumed source or nature of the Ultimate-Authority
upon    which    the   legitimate:     rights,     duties,
responsibilities,  commands or freedoms are presumed to be
based:

 1.  One God or many gods collectively.
 2.  The "Force-of-History" or "Nature" or "The Cosmos".
 3.  "Natural Law".
 4.  Majority-Rule based upon any community of any size.
 5.  Elite-Rule based upon any Power-Elite of any kind.
 6.  The Superiority of the Achievements of One-Class.
 7.  The Superiority of the Heritage of One-Class.
 8.  The Superiority of the Intelligence of One-Class.
 9.  The Superiority of the Science/Theology of One-Class.
10.  The Superiority of the Morality/Ethics of a Class.

     Enduring  conflicts  can be resolved  only  as  those
people  who  are  involved in the conflicts learn  how  to
transcend and  move beyond  the:   attitudes, assumptions,
convictions, beliefs, claims, etc. pointed to in the above
descriptive-statements.

     A  community  and  its  members  are   disintegrating
whenever they focus/spend  major  portions  of their time,
attention, efforts, resources, etc. upon.

 1.  Who is superior and who is inferior; good/evil.
 2.  Rank-ordering people within any hierarchic system.
 3.  The control of the flow of wealth and/or powers.
 4.  Rewarding and punishing people in formal ways.
 5.  Refining and enforcing conformity and formalities.
 6.  Settling questions about which there is no evidence.
 7.  Settling conflicts upon the basis of superior power.
 8.  Settling conflicts over absolute/supreme ideal-forms.
 9.  Who should be dominant, in-control, most-revered.
10.  The Ultimate-Natures of God, Heaven, Hell, Salvation.
