     Healthy   people  of  integrity  cannot  and  do  not
UNILATERALLY manage their own thoughts and feelings  about
each  other  ---  because management of our  thoughts  and
feelings  with  integrity  is  essentially  a  cooperative
venture.

     To  attempt  to  succeed in  such  a  self-management
program UNILATERAL --- inevitably leads into:  dishonesty,
pretentiousness,   mis-leading  behaviors,  and  collusive
games of mutual self deception.

     Such a self-management program cannot  "succeed"   in
the absence  of  attempting  to UNILATERALLY  manage other
people's perceptions,  thoughts and  feelings  about self.

     Such a  UNILATERAL self-management program inevitably
leads toward buying-into:  The Domination System, The Myth
of Redemptive Violence,  The Myth of Redemptive  Coercion,
The Myth of Redemptive Unilateral Salvation, etc. ---  all
of which are alienative efforts.

     Believing that we can be "good"  and avoid "evil"  by
UNILATERALLY managing our own thoughts and feelings  about
each  other in conformity to a proper set of standards ---
thus leads toward buying-into:  The Domination System, The
Myth  of  Redemptive  Violence,  The  Myth  of  Redemptive
Coercion,   The  Myth of Redemptive Unilateral  Salvation,
etc. --- all of which are alienative efforts.

     UNILATERAL  behaviors are  disintegrative  behaviors;
even  when  then  entail  efforts  to  conform  to  "good"
standards to prevent "evil".

     UNILATERAL  behaviors  are disintegrative  behaviors;
because  they  always  undermine  integrative-cooperation,
integrative-honesty,   integrative-intimacy,  integrative-
unity, integrative-coherence, etc.

     Standards for behavior which impose  responsibilities
upon  ISOLATED  individuals as  ISOLATED  individuals  ---
demand  UNILATERAL  behaviors  which  are   disintegrative
behaviors;   disintegrative   of  COMMUNAL:   cooperation,
honesty, intimacy, unity, coherence, etc.

     COMMUNAL  disintegration and PERSONAL  disintegration
always go together; they are inseparable.   Each one leads
to the other one.

     Standards for behavior which impose  responsibilities
upon ISOLATED individuals as ISOLATED individuals --- lead
to both COMMUNAL and PERSONAL disintegrations.

     Standards  for  conformal behaviors on  the  part  of
individuals  thus  lead toward both COMMUNAL and  PERSONAL
disintegration --- no matter how "good" the standards are.
No  form of conformity leads reliably to both PERSONAL and
COMMUNAL integrations and integrities;  because all  forms
of conformity are in the end UNILATERALLY imposed  through
coercion  and/or  violence which are/is alienative,   even
when they are in-conformity self-imposed to try to  avoid-
alienation.     Coercion  and  violence  are   essentially
alienative forms of behavior.
