facilitate  and  promote alienation  ---   which  in  turn
facilitate and promote domination,  violence, and coercion
---   which inhibit communication ---  in  vicious/tragic
cycles in the absence of intentional-efforts to graciously
facilitate-and-promote reconciliation and honest-dialogue.

     Open-and-honest communications are inhibited in  many
ways,   on many paths,  and by many diseases;  leading  to
alienation and around the above vicious-and-tragic cycle.
