     To  make  wise  and  prudent  decisions  in  a  given 
situation   may   require  knowing  what   some   person's 
intentions  and  motivations are.    That  is  exceedingly 
difficult  if the person's intentions and motivations  are 
strange, perverse, mixed and secret.   
     
     When  the people who are involved in a situation  are 
domineering  people ---  in  competition over who is to be 
dominant and in control --- they are bound by the rules of 
their  collusive games to try to mislead each other  about 
their  own  motivations and intentions.   They pretend  to 
have  respectable  motives ---  while  trying  to convince 
themselves  and  each  other;  that  they  themselves  are 
honest, honorable, superior, and/or "in control".  In such 
a situation  --- personal  and  communal  integrity,   and 
health; are virtually impossible  to  enjoy ---  no matter 
how   powerful,   and  technologically-sophisticated   the
