Laws, rules and commandments which are not well grounded in evidence, experiences and reason known to poor people --- are not consistently well-recognized as being good and worthy of respect --- because such laws are easily used and abused by domineering people who do not respect or honor principles of due-processes that are openly and honestly acknowledged in the presence of those poor people who are dis-affected by the laws, rules and commandments of domineering people. The concentrations of power and wealth by domineering people (religious, political, business, academic, etc.) undermines respect for unjustly abused laws, rules, commandments, and communal order. Concentrations of power and wealth lead to the separation of laws, rules and commandments --- from evidence, reasons and logic which would otherwise lead poor people to be supportive of the laws, rules and commandments. Many poor people instinctively understand that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely; even though they may not be able to say that in ways that are clearly articulated and understood by powerful and wealthy people. Great concentration of power and wealth lead to the evolution of communal instabilities and revolutions which bring an end to the concentration of power and wealth --- at great cost to most people in the communities --- because of consequent disintegrations of individual and communal integrities and relationships.
