Prudent and wise (occasional) FORGIVENESS of debts, transgressions, errors, blunders, mistakes, misunderstandings, etc. --- but not according to any pattern unilaterally dictated by any one "special" person or group. 2. TOLERANCE toward differences in individuals' needs, desires, perspectives, beliefs, convictions --- but not tolerance in a pattern which regularly favors any domineering individual or group, at the expense of vulnerable individuals or groups. 3. TAKING-TURNS doing menial jobs, bearing burdens, getting special privileges, being honored and/or recognized, etc. 4. Honoring systems of CHECKS-AND-BALANCES which prevent the systematic concentration of power, influence, wealth or honor in (or) any one person or recognized group of people. 5. Providing for various kinds of people --- various kinds of SANCTUARY COMMUNITIES --- within which individuals are graciously assured that they will be free to be safely vulnerable in open and honest dialogue about their own: limitations, challenges, fears, hopes, desires, needs, mistakes, blunders, etc. 6. Prudently and wisely TOLERATING IMPERFECTIONS in individuals and groups that are publicly committed to, and are working to, promote personal and communal forms of integrity --- in keeping with many complementary "Foundations for Personal and Communal Integrity." 7. PATIENCE when it is not possible for limited mortals to achieve goals and fulfill ideals --- as soon as many people wish that they would do so. 8. The ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF environmental, resource, and natural-laws' LIMITATIONS upon what desires/ envisioned goals, ideals, values and principles --- can be fulfilled within particular situations of time, place and culture. 9. MODERATION in responses to perfectionists' demands that their own visions of perfection be fulfilled --- in spite of the great costs which would be required to fulfill their visions. 10. REVERENCE TOWARD TRUE-LOVERS who demonstrate in gracious ways how to resolve conflicts in ways which truly bring to an end all coercive and violent efforts to unilaterally-settle matters to the satisfaction of just some of the people involved. Only when many people honor many of the above foundations for personal and communal integrity --- will people be able to enjoy peace, shalom, relaxation and healing --- with true integrity. The above may help some people better understand how it is that domineering people behave systematically in ways which alienate them from true-lovers who might otherwise be able help them become well informed, more balanced, and more sensitive to truths which are essential to healthy leadership.
