     Financial   risk-management  entails planning   ahead
to   have    adequate   financial   resources   to    meet
probable  expenses  in timely ways.    It does not  entail
taking  no risks.     It  entails taking prudent risks  in
diversified ways.                                         
                                                          
     Risk-management  in personal relationships  does  not
entail  taking  no  personal risks.    It  entails  taking
prudent  personal risks in diversified ways ---   so  that
there  are adequate reserves of good will,   understanding
and  civility ---  to get all who are involved  ---   over
rough    places   when   change   leads   to    conflicts,
misunderstanding,    fears,  anxiety,     terror,     etc.
Plans need to be made to  work together  cooperatively  to
find   non-violent   and    non-coercive  resolutions   of
conflicts  with   the   equitable   distribution   of  the
benefits which flow therefrom.  In the absence of adequate
financial/personal planning ---  adequate resources humane
available  are  not  likely  to be  when  they are  sorely
