     Religious   leaders  who  preach  disintegrative  bad                                                                   
news,   threats  of punishment,       their   superiority,                                                                     
their self-righteousness,  etc...    win few converts from       
among  non-believers.     They  may   be   successful   in             
manipulating  and    abusing   those  followers   who  are                                                                     
already  the  codependent   supporters  of their addictive                                                
leadership. Such addictive  leaders may be successful   in                                                
sowing seeds    of    disintegration,   fragmentation  and                                                                   
destruction.   However,   their successes do not merit our                                               
respect, honor, or support.                                      
                                                                                                                               
     Integrative   religious  leaders  preach  truly  good                                                                   
news,   possibilities   of reconciliation,    peacemaking,                                                                     
conflict    resolution,      and   humble   patterns    of                                              
cooperation.       They  avoid   manipulations,     abuse,                                                                     
violence,    addiction,   and codependent support of  such           
patterns  of thought,  attitudes and  behaviors.      They                                                       
recognize,  name, describe,  and talk about the threats to                                                                     
personal and communal integrity which addictive  religious                                                
leaders  present.     They  seek ways   to  transcend  and
