If we DO ever permit any people to enjoy guilt-free and/or shame-free joy, love, hope, faith or pleasure --- how will we ever maintain control over them? Our ability to constantly control guilt and shame is our best way to maintain control over others. How dare you, we, or anybody else, let go of our best means of maintaining control? We must continue to play our collusive games of mutual self-deception --- which maintain our all of beliefs that it is our sacred duty to maintain our abilities and sacred powers --- to control other people's guilt and shame ---in regards to joy, love, hope, faith and pleasure. If we lose our commitment to, and belief/faith in, our own and each other's right/duty/pleasure regarding our maintaining --- at least the appearance of being in control --- all our joy, hope, rights, duties, pleasures and love will be forever lost; and we will be eternally in hell! We would be made to suffer eternally for failing to properly play our collusive games of mutual self deception. How dare you lack faith in our games and in their propriety? Yield not to temptation! Fight the good fight! Maintain the integrity of our conflicts! Do not let down your guard! Ever be ready to do battle for our sacred cause! March onward into battle lest our sacred cause be lost! God has joined our battle on our side! Praise be to God for his glorious support of our sacred cause! Holy, Holy, Holy is our own sacred cause! Alleluia! (c) 2005 by Paul A. Smith in (On Being Yourself, Whole and Healthy) ==========================================================
