     People  who  are  taking advantage  of  other  people                                                               
through the management of other people's  guilt and  shame                                
--- do not want to see guilt and shame transcended through                                
the  works  of  Love.    Repentance,   reconciliation  and                                           
conflict resolution would undermine their opportunities to                                              
take advantage of other people's vulnerabilities.                                                               
                                                                                                                               
     When  we  see people promoting guilt  and  shame---we                                                                    
need to seek to discern what advantage there is to them to                 
promote guilt and shame;  rather than to join in the works                                                                     
of Love to promote repentance, reconciliation and conflict                                           
resolution---on the part of all who  have in the past been
