Integrative behaviors which collusions make to appear to be evil behaviors---even though the behaviors promote both personal and communal integrity; and 2. Disintegrative behaviors which collusions make to appear to be worthy or respect and support---even though the the behaviors promote both personal and communal disintegration. It is difficult to make the above distinction because it is the purpose of collusions to promote confusion which makes it difficult to make the above distinction---by replacing liberating concerns for personal and communal integrity with restrictive concerns with conformity. To make it easier to make the above distinction we need to focus attention upon the following questions: 1. Are people actively seeking to clarify issues? IF NOT, WHY NOT? 2. Are people giving and accepting gifts of the freedom to be safely vulnerable in open and honest dialogue about all matters of deep interest/concern? IF NOT, WHY NOT? 3. Are flexible creative people being recognized, respected and rewarded for their creative activities? IF NOT, WHY NOT? 4. Are mistakes openly and honestly acknowledged and do people learn from their own and each other's mistakes? IF NOT, WHY NOT? 5. Are peacemakers who work creatively to help resolve conflicts between powerful ideals, values and people---being recognized, respected and rewarded for their peacemaking activities? IF NOT, WHY NOT? 6. Is there frequent and thoughtful dialogue about the logic of taboos, prohibitions, laws, prescriptions and punishments; and about evidence of how effective they are in achieving the intended results? IF NOT, WHY NOT? 7. Are young people encouraged to ask deep questions about the logic of adult patterns of behavior and adult patterns of prohibitions---and do adults engaged in open and honest dialogue with young people regarding their own experiences and responses to such deep questions? IF NOT, WHY NOT? 8. Are human limits and limitations regularly the focus of discussions which deal openly and honestly with the practical implications of those limits and limitations. IF NOT, WHY NOT? 9. Does the community deal openly and honestly with changing environmental conditions which challenge the integrity of the community and its members? IF NOT, WHY NOT? I we are not asking the above kinds of questions of ourselves and of our most trusted friends and relatives--- we are probably confused about the difference between integrative and disintegrative patterns of assumptions, perceptions, beliefs, thoughts, expressions and behaviors; and are suffering the consequences without knowing them.
