     Evil is augmented if upon our encounters with evil we
respond in ways which are:

DISHONEST   ALIENATIVE   CONFUSING    IMPRISONING

CHAOTIC     DECEPTIVE    MISLEADING   EXCOMMUNICATIVE

ARROGANT    DICHOTOMOUS  PRETENTIOUS  DISINTEGRATIVE

FEARFUL     COERCIVE     VIOLENT      MANIPULATIVE


     The  essence of evil is related to human  alienation,
misunderstanding,   ignorance,   confusion,    dishonesty,
deception,   estrangement and their likes;   pertaining to
human lacks.

     Often  evil  is  augmented because it is conceived as
pertaining  to:   non-conformity,  disobedience,   willful
wrong-                doing,  devil-discipleship  and  un-
disciplined behavior---led by an active power to willfully
augment evil.

     Evil  is  reduced by creative acts  of:   reconciling
love,  forgiveness,  prudent self sacrifice,  honest role-
modeling,    role  clarification,    conflict  resolution,
constructive  cooperation,    liberation,   and  gifts  of
security  enjoyed as the freedom to be safely  vulnerable,
