     The   abuse   of  personal-integrity-rights   or   of
communal-integrity-rights  leads  to  the  decay  of  both
personal  and communal integrity and rights.   How is this
so?

     If  isolated individual people abuse their rights  as
individuals  (e.g.;  for reasons other than  to affirm and
maintain  their  integrity  within  their  community  with
respect for the integrity of the community)   they thereby
undermine   the communal integrity  which  is essential to
sustain their personal-integrity-rights as individuals.

     If  a  community  in either formal or  informal  ways
abuses  the rights of individual members of the  community
(e.g.;   through collusive games of mutual self  deception
and organizational addictions)  it thereby undermines  the
power  of individuals to respond creatively to changes  in
their    total   environment    (physical,     biological,
sociological,    psychological,    business,    political,
religious,  etc.)  which pose threats to the integrity  of
the community.

     We  need  to  look carefully at the  affirmations  of
individual  rights by individuals and at the  affirmations
of  communal  rights  by group  leaders---to  see  if  the
affirmations  do in fact have integrity and will  work  to
support  both  personal and communal integrity.   Not  all
