     It is  a  holy and mysterious  gift  to  be  able  to
recognize,   appreciate,   accept,  respect and value  the
various forms of integrity  which contribute coherently to
the health and coherence of a community and its members.

     The gift  is  integrative rather than analytic.   The
gift   promotes  appreciation  and  respect  rather   than
understanding and management.  It is holy and mysterious.

     People  who  are  compulsively  analytical, scholarly
and/or managerial,  find it difficult (if not  impossible)
to accept,  respect,  and value the gift of  being able to
recognize, appreciate,   accept  and respect  the  various
forms  of  integrity which contribute  coherently  to  the
health  of their community and its members.    They cannot
accept that which is mysterious, holy, and/or sacred.

     In  the absence of true integrity, it is difficult to
recognize and value the various forms of integrity.  Thus,
when  one first encounters true integrity, it is difficult
to begin to recognize and value true integrity.   In fact,
members  of  collusive,   addictive,   and/or  codependent
communities  will  often  experience true integrity  as  a
threat to all that they clutch and hold most dearly.  They
cannot recognize,  appreciate,  accept,  respect and value
the various forms  of  integrity  which  might  contribute
coherently to the health and  coherence of their community
and its members.   They are  imprisoned and blinded by the
dishonesty  which they clutch and hold most dearly.   They
cannot begin to heal until they acknowledge that they  are
sick  and in need of healing, through integration which is
