     Each  healthy institution,  organization,   or  other
human group which endures with integrity includes a number
of mutually complementary elements:

     1.  People of integrity who play key roles in regular
events and activities---embodying the ideals and spirit of
the group in their competent and enabling service.

     2.  Traditions of respect for and acceptance  of  the
the  people of integrity who play the key roles,  and  for
the kinds of roles which they pay.

     3.  Both  formal   and  informal  articulations   and
agreements  which  create the contexts  within  which  key
people play their key roles.

     4.  Formal and informal agreements about how creative
change and evolution may and should take place as  regards
personnel, roles, purposes and procedures.

     5.  Ways by which new people become accepted  members
of the institution,  organization, or other human group---
and  come  to  be respected and involved in  playing   key
