     When  threats  of rejection and  excommunication  are
used  to enforce taboos,  people are thereby encouraged to
become ultimately concerned about the tabooed assumptions,
perceptions,    attitudes,   ideals,   values,    beliefs,
expressions,   and  behaviors.    Thus people are lead  to
idolatrous  in being ultimately concerned with a focus  of
attention and concern which is not God.

     Leaders   who  promote  such  idolatry  tend  to   be
addictive people who are  ultimately concerned with issues
of control---ostensibly on behalf  of God  Himself  who is
regarded as the supremely good addictive controller who is
in need of faithful human assistants.   The self-appointed
assistants think highly of themselves because out of their
appointment to their important responsibilities in helping
the   Supremely  Good  Controller  maintain  control  over
naturally sinful people.

     Unbiased  scientific  research is impossible  in  the
context   of   idolatrous  preoccupations   with   taboos,
collusions,  addictions and codependencies which undermine
honest reflexive exchange of basic assumptions, attitudes,
perceptions, ideals, values, beliefs and experiences.  Any
paradigm  which inhibits openness and honesty  about  such
reflexive  realities is an essentially biased paradigm and
will   lead  participants  into  biased  conclusions   and
