     An educational program which emphasizes the value and
importance  of  always being objective is  an  educational
program  which  lacks integrity.  The  process  (overt  or
covert,   explicit or tacit)  of emphasizing the value and
the  importance  of anything,  is itself a reflexive (non-
objective) process.   Emphasizing the exclusive importance
and value of objectivity,  is a reflexive  (non-objective)
process  which is by its nature contradictory to  its  own
emphasis.   Thus,   most  graduate programs  in  research-
oriented sciences and engineering lack integrity. They are
focused  almost  exclusively  upon  objective  goals   and
values,  and by how they focus their students'  attention,
the programs emphasize the value  and importance of always
being  objective.   Their exclusive focus is emphasized by
how rarely  they  focus any attention upon the development
of  reflexive  skills  in  developing  integrative  inter-
