Consequences flow from: plans, designs, goals, paradigms, persons, intentions, attitudes, systems, perspectives, beliefs, convictions, collusions, addictions, codependencies, dishonesty, honesty, integrity, expectations, fears, anticipations, etc. We need to ask questions such as: What were people's plans, designs, goals, paradigms, intentions, attitudes, systems, perspectives, beliefs, convictions, collusions, addictions, codependencies, integrity, expectations, fears, anticipations, etc.? Were they well intended, sincere, open, honest, responsive, humble and well balanced? Did people make threatening or non-threatening statements, affirmations, reports, confessions, and descriptions? Did their statements, affirmations, reports, descriptions, or confessions imply (even if only indirectly and covertly) a threat which made others feel insecure? Were actions taken and communications designed and planned to be integrative? Was the paradigm in terms of which people operated coherent and characterized by integrity; or was it ill-informed and incoherent? Were those people most likely to be blamed, themselves the victims of a disintegrative paradigm? (c) 2005 by Paul A.
