     Before  we  can decide wisely what to do we  need  to
consider various  ideas  of what we might do.   We need to
consider alternatives,    not  select the first idea  that
comes  to mind.   If we are biased in an uninformed way we
may  rule out  integrative  alternatives due to our  bias.
We   need,   therefore,      to   be  free   to   consider
disintegrative  alternatives   in  order  to  be  free  to
consider  integrative alternatives.    The  difference  is
not always  obvious  at first thought.   We cannot be sure
of  what  will  be best for us  and  others  without  wise
consideration of whether or not each  alternative of which
