     The  oxymoron  "disintegrative community"  points  to
the  reality  that  in  some  communities  the  organizing
principles    lead   to   both   personal   and   communal
disintegration.

     The addictive community is without authentic unity.

     The  addictive  community  is an  addictive   society
with  addictive    organizations   which   are   organized
around   powerful    addicts   who   are     manipulative,
dishonest, deceptive,  misleading,  confusing,  forgetful,
etc.     Their   organizing   principles   lead   to   the
disintegration   of    their   subordinates   and    their
organizations.   Such a community is not with-unity; it is
