     Corrupt leaders abuse the power which is entrusted to
them  and  are not responsive to those who entrusted  them
with power; so they are not responsible.

     Corrupt   leaders  are characterized by those  traits
which   characterize     addicts     and     codependents:
dishonesty,   preoccupations  with  control,   dichotomous
thoughts  and attitudes,    masked low self esteem,   lack
of    familiarity  with   true   love,     pretensions  of
objectivity,   fearful decisions and actions, etc.

     Wise  citizens will consider carefully what kinds  of
people they wish to entrust with power.  It is not wise to
entrust  addictive   and  codependent persons  with  great
power,     for  they   are bound then  to  become  corrupt
leaders,    and  the citizens  will  pay dearly for  their
folly   in   entrusting addictive and codependent  persons
