     Collusions   tend  to  be  more  able  to  manipulate
rational, logical, intellectual, cognitive and verbal ways
of  thinking;   than  they  are  able  to  manipulate  the
communications of dance,  music, painting, art, sculpture,
etc.   Thus  one of the powerful roles of the arts  is  to
provide   avenues   to   insight   which   transcend   the
manipulative   procedures  of  collusive  addictions   and
codependent networks of support of addictions.

     The  arts do not make assertions which can be  argued
about; they point to primary experiences and realities and
ask   the  participant  to  consider  their  own   primary
experiences  and  realities.  The way out  of  collusions,
addictions  and  codependency may often involve  the  path
taken  by artists to encourage people to become  in  touch
with their own experiences to which art points.

     Collusions  operate to get people out of  touch  with
their  own experiences.  Those who are in touch with their
own  experiences find there the basis for recognizing  the
