     The  healthy  self  esteem of members  of  a  healthy
community is the fruit of communal integrity,  rather than
the fruit of personal achievement.

     People  with  an unhealthy lack of self  esteem  lack
communal  acceptance as unique individuals,   rather  than
lack  personal accomplishment.  People who are victims  of
the  impostor  phenomena  syndrome do  not  lack  personal
accomplishment; they lack healthy personal self esteem.

     The  health of a community of people of integrity  is
the  fruit  of the integrity of the communal  institutions
and  traditions;   rather  than  the  fruit  of   communal
expectations of personal conformity to communal standards.

     Communities   which  are disintegrating,  do  so   in
the  face  of  strong communal pressures  for  conformity;
rather than in the face of creative non-conformal behavior
on the part of people of strong personal integrity.

     For   communities   to avoid  disintegration,    they
must   give   their   members  loving   acceptance,    not
expectations  which  are manipulative and  coercive.   For
people to live in healthy communities,  the people need to
