     When people believe that they should be in control or
want  to  be in control---contests over who  will  control
whom  are  inevitable.    The desire to win such  contests
leads  to  heightened  competition and the devising  of  a
multitude  of ways  to  gain control of the contest.   New
rules of  the game are constantly being made, because each
contestant is trying  to  gain control of the game.    The
game  is  not played with mutually accepted referees;  the
referees  are  also  trying to gain control.    Respecting
attempts  to  gain control leads  to  addictive  processes
which  are  often  progressing in leading  to  deeper  and
