     Suppose group "O"  and group "R" are involved in some
relationship  which involves conflict.   Suppose group "O"
is  compulsively oriented toward perceiving people as they
are being created by their relational matrix; participants
in  and creators of their communal matrix,  and so created
by that which they create.

     Participants  in  group "O"  will seek to stand  back
away from their relationships in order to understand  what
is  happening  without themselves being involved  in  that
which  is to be understood.   They try to understand their
relationships  without themselves in the relationships  as
participants  in that which they wish to understand.   But
that  which they wish to understand  essentially  involves
them.  Absent themselves the reality does not exist.  They
can not objectively study the relationships of which  they
are a part and by which they are created.

     Why then do participants in group "O" continue to try
to  analyze their relationships with members of group  "R"
in terms of their own objective paradigm?

     The  relationship with members of group "R"   entails
difficulties,  problems, mistakes, etc.   Somebody must be
blamed  for such imperfections.    Now the only way to the
truth  is  through objective analysis.    After  absenting
themselves   from  the  relationships  which  entail   the
difficulties,  members  of group "O"  notice that the only
persons  remaining  upon whom  blame  may  be  placed  are
members of group "R"  who are parties to the relationships
which entail  the difficulties.   By collusion the members
of group "O"  can not see that their compulsive dedication
to  objectivity  has biased/blinded  them to their role as
participants in the difficult relationships,  and that the
reality  which they  wish  to  understand  is  essentially
changed by  their dedication to objectivity which misleads
them  into placing the  blame for the consequences of  the
"objectivists" withdrawing from the relationship to get an
unbiased (?)  view of it as dispassionate observers of the
"object" of their analysis.

     It   is  logically  impossible  for  participants  in
relationships  to  come to an objective  understanding  of
their  relationships.   The process of trying to meet  the
conditions of objectivity  biases the analysis because the
collusion regarding objectivity blinds the participants to
