SHAREWARE Distribution

The ESSAYS System is available on computer disks AND via bulletin boards as SHAREWARE. The versions differ only in regards to packaging.

The version of the ESSAYS System which comes ON COMPUTER DISKS is packaged in a way which makes it possible for those using it to make shareware distribution-disk copies on new three or five inch disks of either high density or double density.

The version of the ESSAYS System which as AVAILABLE VIA BULLETIN BOARDS can and may be copied onto disks to be shared with others in the form of the self extracting files copied from the bulletin board --- and it can be used to make shareware distribution-disk copies via an included program. The packaging does facilitate user-copying.

The ESSAYS System is SHAREWARE and you may download it free to try it to see if you like and will use it. If you use it significantly you will eventually be encouraged to become a registered user and may obtain a registration code and have your name displayed at screen tops when using the ESSAYS System --- by responding to:
