Domineering-People are often "looking for a fight" because the only "positive" gain they know about - - -
is "winning-a-fight" or "winning-a-conflict" - - - within which  by-definition  there must be losers.  There'
can be no winners - - - if there are no losers!

One gracious way to Mitigate-our-own-Alienative-Conflicts - - - is to create cooperative/collaborative efforts 
- - - which demonstrate that people can get-ahead-together - - - more robustly and Sustainablely in cooperative-
efforts - - - than in Alienative-Competitive-Contentious efforts - - - - where there must be losers!

By generating cooperative examples of Getting-Ahead-Together - - - we can change the "definition" about how 
ESSENTIAL losers are - - - to Domineering-Bullies  "Getting-Ahead".

Domineering-Bullies are seeking to GET-MORE-FAVORABLE-ATTENTION - - - than other-people-get.  They can't get 
that kind of fulfillment within the context of truly collaborative-team-efforts - - - so they go looking for
fights which they can win - - - with the help of losers who permit them to "feel-superior".  Losers are Essential-
Helpers to Domineering-Bullies  Feeling-Honorable.   Domineering-Bullies  are  DEPENDENT-UPON-LOSERS!

The SUSTAINABILITY OF GLOBAL CIVILIZATION depends upon the vast majority of the members of the whole crew of Space-
Ship-Earth Avoiding-Tragic-Seductions into playing the deadly Alienative-Games-of-Mutual-Self-Deception of Domineering-
Bullies and Mobbing-Mobsters - - - who are looking for FIGHTS AND ALIENATIVE-COMPETITIONS - - - which they can "WIN" with
the help-of-losers whose presence proveS  their  superiority  in  ALIENATION-AND-DESPERATION.

To LONG-TERM-SURVIVE as a Well-Integrated Crew of this Astronomically-Tiny-and-Isolated Space-Ship-Earth - - - 

we all need to work on AVOIDING-SEDUCTION INTO ALIENATIVE:  Fights, Competitions, Battles, Attacks, Defenses, 

Polarizations, Dichotomies, Repressions, Suppressions, Segregations, Rank-Ordering, Hierarchies, etc. - - -

that threaten all Civility, Civilization, Cooperation, True-Lovers and Mitigators of Alienative-Conflicts.
